To the attention of the His Excellency, Comrade José David Constanza, President of the Archipelagic Occidental Socialist Democratic People's Republic of @San Jose .

Comrade President,

The People's Republic of Caria has long admired the way in which San José, in spite of its small geographic size, has played an outsized role in global socialist leadership, serving as an example of pinoneering change and bravery in the fight against global reaction. The recent offer by the Archipelagic Occidental Socialist Democratic People's Republic to accept refugees from the Former Republic of Pannonia, who are currently hosted by other states, is only the latest iteration in this glorious chapter in the history of world socialism. Caria itself has long served as a country of refugee for many Pannonians; unfortunately, our own resources are limited and, in the face of growing aggressiveness by reactionary forces, such as those of neighbouring Pelasgia, we are reaching, if not already exceeding, the limits of what we can offer our Pannonian comrades.

With this in mind, the People's Government of Caria has advised me, and I have agreed, that it would be fitting to invite you, comrade President, to Nauplia, for the purpose of a meeting between ourselves, as heads of state of two of Europe's few socialist states. The initial object of our meeting would be to discuss the potential for Carian participation in the Josefino refugee redistribution scheme; however, it is my intent that our meeting should be much broader, covering a wide range of issues, with a view to expanding cooperation between our two socialist states in every domain imaginable, both in the pursuit of our national and mutual interests, and also with a view to the advancement of the Marxist cause worldwide.

I eagerly await your response and give you my most distinguished salutations in the meantime.

Subject: Invitation to Discuss Bilateral Efforts in Nauplia, Caria

Su Excelencia, El Presidente José David Constanza, thanks Comrade President Leon Grammatikos for his kind words and keen observations of the success of socialism in el Nuevo Mundo Libre, for it is through socialism and through the people that we can free ourselves from the chains of la Conspiracion Global de Explotacion. The People's Republic of Caria understands this, one of the few nations in el Viejo Mundo Corrupto that understands this, in fact, and we are hopeful that our shared example shall provide inspiration for people the world over, be they from el Nuevo Mundo Libre o el Viejo Mundo Corrupto that this is the only way to fight la Conspiracion Global de Explotacion.

I am, therefore, pleased to announce that El Presidente graciously accepts the invitation by Comrade President Grammatikos to travel to Nauplia to discuss the growing refugee crisis in both Caria and San José, as well as further steps our two great nations can take to advance the cause of socialism through the world to thwart the dark ambitions of la Conspiracion Global de Explotacion, especially given our northern neighbors in Gran-Occidentia have set themselves also on the path of socialism with their most recent coup against corruption. We must also advise Comrade Grammatikos that it is expected señorita María Alejandra Alvarado of Corrientes, who has been accompanying El Presidente during his trip to Corrientes to restore democracy there, shall also accompany him to Nauplia, and we hope this is acceptable to Comrade President Grammatikos.
