Fellow nations of Germania,

It is obvious that Germania is in a good situation when it comes to international relations.

The Kingdom of Wiefel invites you to set up a alliance where your nations safety and economy can improve by mutual cooperation. We would like to hear from you which goals, which means and on which conditions you would like to cooperate with fellow nations of Germania.

We are aware of the fact that a proposition like this coming from Wiefel might be unexpected. We want to assure you that Wiefel is not aiming at increasing its influence over independant nations, we are offering our cooperation. We address all nations to judge this invitation by its content, not just its origin.

The Government of Wiefel will be happy to receive an Wendowie Delegation in Wiefelburg to an meeting with Ministerpräsident Helmina Scharf and our Ministers about the possible creation of the Germanic Alliance. We are looking forward to a fruitful discussion on this very important issue.

Kuppers, Präfekt of the Congregation of St. Josephus (Secretary of State) requests a diplomatic mission on behalf of Twente is allowed to to be present at any future conference or meeting to observe the progress of this initiative. This will help the Archcongregation decide the necessity of such an endeavour.
