Following registration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and pending approval by the Supreme People's Court and the Council of State, the following parties (listed in Pelasgo-Carian alphabetical order) have been granted approved non-govering party status:

Ideology: Democratic socialism; socialism with Pelasgian characteristics
Positioning (relative to SEKP): left

National Revolutionary Party (EPAK)
Ideology: Left-wing nationalism; socialism with Pelasgian characteristics

Labour Coalition for Progress and Reform (EPMES)

Following the decision of the Supreme Military Council to that effect, the following units are hereby called to order:
- 1st Army (HQ: Selymbria Army Base, Central M.D.)​

• 1st Amphibious Raider Squadron​
• 1st Mountain Raider Company​

- 4th Army (HQ: Thermi Army Base, Western M.D.)​

• 11th Motorized Infantry Bde​
• 19th Motorized Infantry Bde​
• 1st Training Infantry Bde​
• 3rd Training Infantry Bde​
• 57th Artillery Bde​

- 1st Fleet (HQ: Daphnium Naval Base, Central M.D.)​

• 1st Carrier Battle Group​
• 32nd Marine Bde​

- 111th Combat Wing (HQ: Nymphaion Air Base, Northern M.D.)​

• 330th Squadron​
• 341st Squadron​
• 347th Squadron​

All units so called are raised to full combat readiness effective immediately.

The 4th Army units mobilised are to redeploy to the coastal defence region north of Thermi and to conduct coastal defence and contested landing-amphibious assault drills dealing with the capture of an enemy island and its subsequent defence from enemy counter-assault operations.

The 32nd Marine Bde is to deploy to Eleousa Island (Western Military M.D.) and to prepare for coastal defence and contested landing-amphibious assault operations. The 1st Amphibious Raider Squadron and 1st Mountain Raider Company are instructed to redeploy to Eleousa and prepare for search and destroy, decapitation stirke and sabotage operations behind enemy lines.

The 1st Carrier Battle Group is ordered to deploy in the vicinity of Eleousa and to prepare to establish a contested blockade of the Carian-occupied island of Hagios Georgios, if needed. The 1st Carrier Battle Group is to make its presence known and obvious.

The 111th Combat Wing is ordered to prepare for operations to support a contested landing of enemy territory and to conduct constant fly-over missions near and above the Hagios Georgios region, subject to Escalation Protocol 52/3/A/1993.

All units are to maintain absolute secrecy in their movements unless otherwise instructed. Further instructions will be provided by branch and unit-specific superiors.
