The medium sized island named Gothania north to Anhalt's shore, had become seen as a sort of stepping stone for the spread of the Revolution. It was owned by a nation named Suionia, which was hardly non-critical of Anhalt's radically revolutionary 'government'. It was home to a fairly large naval base, and a small population of very wealthy white settlers. This made a lot of them enemies of the revolution.
The Worker's Council, which was more of an office of referendums than a functioning legislative council, had approved (secretly) funding for a fleet of pirate ships to begin operations in the South-Western Great Sea all the way up to the Lyric Sea. This line of pirate activity would work to hinder any Suionian naval activity. Also the Volunteer 5th Guerrilla Company had been shipped over to an empty piece of shore on the south coast of the island, which was very close to Jordan Island. The Volunteer 5th Guerrilla Company had been sent over in secret, and had been disguised as an anarchist terrorist group not affiliated with any Anhalter organization.
The base equipment being used by the Company were M1-Carbine's of all different sorts, even SMG's like the Universal Enforcer automatic carbine, Ruger Blackhawk .30 revolvers, and enough chemical equipment and know-how to create a scary amount of Cacodyal, which is an explosive that possesses spontaneous inflammability upon contact with air, and creates an extremely deadly white smoke that is white arsenic. They were to find a large house of a CEO, and take hostage the man and his family. And use the house as a base of operations.
Now that the guerrillas have reached the shores, it won't be long before they reach the nearby house of the CEO and begin their operation.
