The geopolitical situation has been altered in favour of the Trier Concordat. They have ambushed not only the Rurikgrad Pact, but all who seek freedom from their clutches. If we can not make them maintain the status quo we are forced to act to keep the Gallo-Germanian continent from falling under the boot of Trier. As commanded by our treaty we hereby notify you of the coming deployment of Xinhaiese troops west of the 80th meridian. Faced with a global conflict with Trier we feel that the situation warrants a mustering of Rurikgrad's combined forces. Rest assured that these are not directed against Your Grace or Gunnland.
