To whom it may concern,

The West Engell Republic has maintained and will maintain a neutral view in the ongoing conflict in Loago; - it is the view of Vesper and myself personally that all too many interested parties from around the world are exploiting Caledonian and Himyari Loagon alike.

In late 2018 the West Engell State of Vesper extended a helping hand to Caledonian refugees from the Loagon conflict in Himyar. Governor Elton Buchanan organized state and local authorities towards seamless integration of ethnic Caledonians from Loago into housing, education, and employment pipelines. Vesper State has greatly benefited from Caledonian skilled labor and experienced farm or ranch operators who could easily apply their knowledge to the West Engell Republic.

Still however many millions of ethnic Himyari‘s in and around Loago find themselves displaced by a conflict they did not ask for and they do not wish to fight. My heart goes out to the thousands of innocent men, women, and children who have already lost their lives unnecessarily. I cannot bring these precious lives back from the dead or save their fictional souls, but I can advocate for the living by proposing a plan to evacuate, house, and employ or educate those ethnic Himyari from Loago.

Our world’s states and anti-states have wronged these human beings, and I cannot fully express my disgust at those who have ignored their plight in search of treasure or political aggrandizement. Engellachia State will strive to do the opposite this year by offering apolitical refugee status for tens of thousands of safely screened Loagons. These are not tools toward political ends or colonial serfs, they are human beings.

Over the course of the next year the State of Engellachia will be undergoing a massive project to evacuate and house tens of thousands of Himyari Loagons. This is an expensive undertaking that will require billions of Euromarks ultimately before our new Loagon friends are comfortably acclimated to Engellachia State. If state or NGO partners from around Europe could assist this mission with material or financial aid, we will process and accept them without political biases.

The Preservation Foundation of Sylvania finds your proposition decidedly not neutral to the Loago Crisis, true neutrality would mean leaving these people to their fate. The Preservation Foundation was founded to preserve Angelli-Lexen/Jysk-Austwegian Heritage in Sylvania with a wider mission of spreading these values to the whole of Westernesse. We find Governor Doolittle's proposition to be quite disheartening and we urge the people of the West Engell Republic to reject his foolishness outright.

The Preservation foundation has been mostly successful in it's mission, however over the years the altruistic beliefs that are rife among people of Angelli-Lexen and Jysk-Austwegian has meant a few setbacks. These setbacks found a large increase in Mazidian migrants now living in Tiroe City, the gateway to the Sylvanian West. Crime in Tiroe City has increased by almost thirty percent as a result of these migrants. Though the Mazidian's make up only nine percent of the city's population, they result in over fifty percent of crimes committed. This is only a fraction of the evidence that can be brought forward to show that bringing tens of thousands of Loagans, completely foreign and incompatible with the Engell values of the West Engell Republic, will only lead to disaster for innocent native Engells.

Once again we urge that the people of the West Engell Republic reject the kind, but foolish ideals of Governor Doolittle. We invite the leadership of your great republic to visit and see first hand what foreigners who are not compatible with Angelli-Lexen and Jysk-Austwegian have done to devalue our society. Inviting Caledonians to your country is one thing, Caledonians are hard working people of similar stock and value, native Loagans are not.

Dear Governor Doolittle,

The Aurarine Republic has taken little action toward the ongoing crisis in the Himyari nation of Loago, due to a treaty in which it has declared such affairs to not fall into the realm of the Republic. However, Humanos sin Fronteras, as NGO, is not bound by the same supposed treaty obligation as the official organizations of the Republic.

Earlier this month, the Aurarine Ministry of Foreign Affairs created the OESFRA, or the Office for the Entry and Stay of Foreigners and the Right of Asylum. OESFRA’s lofty goals include expediting the processing of asylum requests and refugee resettlements within the Republic. HSF believes that the ability of refugees to succeed in resettlement depends entirely on ensuring that the proper and necessary economic opportunities and support are provided. OESFRA is working to ensure that those approved for resettlement in the Republic are given the opportunity for a prosperous life that all humans are entitled to by their nature.

However, the process and speed of OESFRA leaves a bit to be desired. As such, HSF is partnering with community groups across the country to pick up the task of resettling refugees who receive OESFRA’s approval. This has lead to some promising results but it is my professional opinion that more can be done.

Therefore, it would be a privilege for HSF to partner with the State of Engellachia to provide a number of resources to increase the rates of resettlement for refugees in the country. Our organization is happy to provide the assistance that we can.

To Governor Doolittle of the Engellachia State

The Federation of the Natal understands the plight of the civilians of Loago who are caught in the invasion of radical fictionalists, chaotic-anarchists and communists on one side and the governmental forces defending their homeland on the other side. We are present in Loago especially to help the damned people and saving them from the menace of savage barbarism and warlordism.

The Natalian military presence there is but the tip of the iceberg, as underneath the flashy headlines of the Loagan Bush War, lies a multi-billion NAP humanitarian campaign to help the people and the state institutions from lapsing into chaos.

We are fully supporting the West Engell Scheme of evacuating the refugees from Loago and settling them in a safe and civilised environment. We believe that it will create a symbiosis which can only help the Engellachia State. For this, the Federation is ready to set aside 5 billion Natalian Pounds to help the Engellachia State with this scheme.

After the successful evacuation of thirty thousand First Peoples of Loago, the West Engell Republic State of Engellachia announces a responsible cap and conclusion for expansion of the program. Although we encourage other states and anti-states to consider the plight of Himyari people immediately, we hereby admit that not one more can responsibly be housed, fed, or provided purpose in Engellachia State.

I further endeavor to stress that this program of Camp Little Loago has no sunset, and that the reason we are ending new arrivals is that we want to ensure the program is managed with conservative stewardship until either a Peaceful & Secure Loago provides a safe home again for our guests, or Loagoans choose to migrate on their own accord from Camp Little Loago.

By rapidly constructing central housing units (CHU's) on the grounds of Fort Weynsfelde with the help of our Republic's Combined Armed Forces (CAF), local volunteers, and civilian contractors from Beautancus based 'State Foreign Mercantile Trust'. We have sourced food from around the world, and provided essential amenities thanks to the kind donations of Auraria and the Natal, who have afforded these individuals and families from a Loago a priceless opportunity to take control of their lives free from violence and oppression.

As we announce this responsible cap, and the completion of 'Camp Little Loago', we aim now to pivot towards education and empowerment. At this very moment we are taking young men who could be forced into arms in Loago, and we are providing them with skills based training in areas such as construction engineering, ballistic physics, and community outreach.

Although we are no longer actively soliciting funding, any size donation that contributes towards successful life for these refugees would be greatly appreciated. ​
