Holy Alliance Meeting in Dimitrisburg, 1954

On this day of Saturday, the XIth of January of MMXIV, we the member nations of the Holy Alliance, as well as this years invited observer states, hereby gather in Dimitisburg to ensure the continued peace and prosperity of Gamadia through our cooperation and mutual coordinated action. We hereby declare that this summit has commenced and will continue for the next 14 days.

Day 1, Saturday January 11, 1954 - Phase One: Diplomatic Talks, Friendly Chats and Visits to National Landmarks while waiting for the invited observer states to decide whether they will attend the meeting.

Day 2, Sunday January 12, 1954 - Phase 2: Official welcome of Observer States and announcement of tomorrow's discussion subjects

"The great and glorious nation of Veestrland has accepted our invitation and will attend the meeting. Central Centralia will also send her ambassador to our summit but will remain strictly neutral due to treaties and legislation forcing her to do so. Cantignia be unable to attend our meeting due to treaties she had to sign after the August Catastrophe while we are awaiting confirmation from Portusgalia and Iveria though diplomatic chatter shows interest from Portusgalia.

Tomorrow's discussion subjects will be: the Aptoglian-Adamian crisis, the terrorist attacks in HA nations and the insurgencies in multiple Gamadian nations. We would also like to publicly announce that we are offering Veestrland membership to our Alliance."

Day 3, Monday January 13, 1954 - Phase 3: Discussion on the Adamian-Aptoglian Crisis

Valkanian Ambassador Interrupting fighting Adamian and Aptoglian diplomats: now I know that this issue may be very important to both sides but since most of the nations in these halls are allied and affiliated with one side or another let us not bicker and quarrel pointlessly, for we have other important matters to attend to as well.

Adamian ambassador: So what do you propose then?!

Valkanian Ambassador: How about we ask our observer states their opinion after we neutrally present the facts and timeline of the crisis and they, not knowing of our relations and not being allied with any of us, may give us an honest and truthful opinion on what should be done and who is at fault. After all isn't this what they're here for?
