Created by the government of Boliatur in an attempt to further industrialization and manage their oil production, the Boliaturian Oil Agency is a quickly growing seeded agency in the Boliaturian steppes. Relying heavily on foreign funding and support, most employees are from other countries that have signed up on the Boliaturian Pipeline Memorandum. The company is large, albeit very diverse and really just falls under the command of foreign agencies that fund them. It simply maintains, manages, and runs oil transportation and conversion.

Pipelines have been created with help from neighbours, and have been flowing for a very small amount of time. The conversion process usually takes place in Jurchen and Zalonarus. There is still pipeline construction occuring. There are several unmanaged and lesser prioritized off-shore structures.
