The government of Gran-Occidentia would be very much interested in leasing territory for a period of at least ten years on Isla Santa Monica and Isla Santa Ana for the purpose of creating several military instillations for the purpose of creating a series of listening posts and radar stations which will add to the defensive capabilities of both our nations from any threat to the east. Of course our government would be willing to share any information gathered by these instillations and provide full transparency to your government on the duties under taken in these territories.

The terms proposed by Su Excelencia regarding the establishment of Gran-Occidentian listening posts and radar stations on Josefino soil are agreeable to Generalissimo Corrado Leone and, after brief discussion within the Grand People's Committee, approved by Secretario General Gabriel Morales on behalf of the Josefino people. As such, the Fuerzas Armadas Populares shall work closely with representatives of the armed forces of @Gran-Occidentia in designating leased land for the initial term of ten years and construction of listening posts and radar stations. We too are confident this shall shield Occidentia from nefarious forces of the Global Exploitation Conspiracy, who have a proven track record of surprise invasions in Gallo-Germania. This shall not be replicated in the Free New World.
