The Republic of Imimoya, having observed the state of its fighter aircraft fleet within the Imimoya armed defense forces, the ever-increasing cost of maintenance of aircraft due to the ever-decreasing availability of spare parts for an aircraft that is almost 60 years old, launches a tender for the purchase of 12 light/multi-role fighter aircraft and their maintenance in subsequent years for the national defense forces.
Some criteria will have more weight than others in the choice of the aircraft presented.

Daedalus Aviation, a joint aerospace defence conglomerate of Pelasgia and the @Rheinbund, would like to submit its latest fighter plane, the Daedalus FP-3 Fallwind (known in Pelasgia as the MA-3 Aetos) for the tender.
The FP-3/MA-3 Daedalus’s newest fighter plane, capable of taking off and landing on short runways, including those of an aircraft carrier. The FP-3/MA-3 is an omnirole fighter, meaning that it can perform all tasks required of a fighter plane, unlike multirole planes, which can perform most but not all such tasks.
The FP-3/MA-3 has 14 hardpoints (13 in the naval version), and can carry up to 9500 kg of external fuel tanks, bombs or missiles. It has a top speed of 2223 km/h / 1381 mph / 1200 kn / Mach 1.8 at high altitude, 1390 km/h / 860 mph / 750 kn / Mach 1.1 at low altitude. Its combat range is up to 1850 km / 1150 mi / 1000 nmi, its ferry range is up to 3700 km / 2300 mi / 2000 nmi, its service ceiling is 15,835 m / 51,952 ft, its g limits are +9 −3.6 (+11 in emergencies), and its rate of climb is 304.8 m/s / 60,000 ft/min.\
The unit price of the FP-3/MA-3 is EM 100-120 million, depending on the configuration chosen. Servicing can be carried out on an annual basis by Daedalus' facilities in southern Pelasgia, which are geographically the closest to Imimoya.

The pilot's will be trained by civilian pilots who have worked and are still working as trainers for the Federation Armed Forces and employed by Jupiter Aerojet. Unit cost is 21-30 million EM depending on configuration. with a 75 million contract for training pilots and maintainers as well as parts licensing for domestic manufacture. While more expensive than other options the Kestrel is capable of utilizing the vast ecosystem of weapons that the Federation is uses with it's many different aircraft types allowing for a multitude of missions to be undertaken by the Kestrel while avoiding the large price tag of our flagship airframes.
