The Armed Forces of the Pelasgian Empire are eager to test their newly acquired systems and newly developed and refined tactics for anti-aerial and anti-shipping warfare. Though Pelasgia has many islands of its own, we have concluded that Eiffelland's southernmost archipelago in the Long Sea is an ideal ground for us to test the aforementioned systems and tactics in Op-For, Capture and Defence, and Island Defence scenarios. Thus, with the permission of the authorities of Eiffelland-Retalia, we would like to deploy the following units to the aforementioned isles for drills:
-1st Battalion of the 9th Anti-Air Missile Artillery Regiment: 4 batteries (80 missiles) of the Type 300 Air Defence System (

)We are eager for these units to cooperate with their Eiffellander counterparts and to begin joint drills as soon as possible, pursuant to the agreement for friendship and cooperation between our two countries following the breakup of the former Trier Concord.
