The Right Honourable The Secretary of State has received the Command of Her Engellexic Majesty The Queen to make known the following gracious Statement of Her Engellexic Majesty to the King, and Lordships of the Kingdom of Franken.
Extension of The Queen's Statement in Council.
TO THE KING, AND LORDSHIPS OF THE KINGDOM OF FRANKEN
I am instructed to express on behalf of Her Engellexic Majesty;
That the Queen of the Union of Great Engellex continues in her summons to all the concerned Powers to enter into a confidential and unbinding discussion, in a neutral state if necessary, for the fundamental purpose of establishing peace and stability within Europe. The reception which previous similar steps met with from member states of the European Defence Federation was not encouraging. Her Majesty the Queen and ministers, however, follow a new attempt to bring Europe nearer to a just and lasting peace, which we desire, with the sincere and earnest wish that this statement of Great Engellex will this time evoke the desired echo throughout Europe.
It must be understood, for want of not escalating Preuti-Borussia into a greater State of War, that her Majesty’s instructions for the mobilization of the Great Engellexic Armed Forces should be acknowledged in line with defensive procedure than any underlining intent to have a direct involvement in the conflict between the European Defence Federation and Solaren. In our political bias, her Majesty would not be content to establish the understanding of the reasoning behind our mobilization with the Courts of Winchester, Valmy or Metz. It is the absolute opinion of the Queen that it is in the Court of Nürnberg that we can gain an acceptable understanding of the position of Great Engellex in this despicable affair. Simply put; it is not our desire to naively remain unprepared in the situation that may prove disastrous for our continent.
Therefore, in the name of her Engellexic Majesty , Charlotte, Queen of Great Engellex, the undersigned has the honour to DECLARE that Great Engellex is in want to participate in an exchange of PEACE not WAR.
