Ivar-Grau Understanding
Bilateral Status Quo Treaty
In accordance with international law and the establish bilateral relations between the Grand Duchy of Furlanìe of the People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan both parties will swear allegiance to the following articles.
ART. I
The People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan and the Grand Duchy of Furlanìe are committed and stand warrant for stability and peace in the content of Gallo-Germania.
ART. II
The People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan and the Grand Duchy of Furlanìe recognize the great potential of both political and economic co-operation to achieve the primary goal set by Article I of this bilateral treaty.
ART. II.a
The People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan will allow the Grand Duchy of Furlanìe the same economic and financial incentives that are given to full members of the Treaty of Mutual Friendship, Co-operation and Mutual Assistance, abbreviated as the 'Rurikgrad Pact'. The Friulians will enjoy a privileged status on the All-Union markets and Special Economic Zones regulated, but not subjected to the terms set by the Rurikgrad Pact.
ART. II.b
The Grand Duchy of Furlanìe will grant All-Union maritime commerce access to the port of Grau besides having all the freedom to participate in the Friulian economy along with set economic incentives.
ART. III
The People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan will firmly oppose the expansion of the Rurikgrad Pact in Gallia through new membership.
ART. IV
The Grand Duchy of Furlanìe will not join any international organisation with a military component, nor the existing Democratic Defence Initiative, Organisation of Democratic States or Rurikgrad Pact.
ART. V
The People's Federal Socialist Republics of Kadikistan and the Grand Duchy of Furlanìe both pledge never to raise weapons against each other and will make doing so illegal within their respective judicial systems.
