For the attention of the Republic of @ , Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade

The High Kingdom of Ivernia has recently heard through Tripartite Channels of the recent new plans to refit and refurbish the Military of the Republic of Asylan. The High Kingdom of Ivernia commends it's new aproach to a more streamlined military, particularly it's navy, fitting the Republic for a more concise and more efficiently funded defence force. The High Kingdom believes that this New Plan will be a great boon to Asylan and to the entire Tripartite.

On this regard, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Ivernia, wishes to inquire of the status of the Aircraft Carrier within the Asylan Republic Navy, soon to lose commission within that Navy. We in Ivernia believe that it would do a great service within the Ivernish Naval Service, and remain within the TAAO as a whole. If the Republic of Asylan agrees to this, we can enter further negotiations for the details of purchase.

We hope that our offer is accepted well, and with all due respect for our TAAO ally and friend.

We are glad that the High Kingdom has decided to consider our offer to transfer ownership of the ANS Trogen to Ivernish hands. We also believe that this carrier remain in service within in this alliance.

The original construction price of the Trogen was 75,000,000 Asylan dollars (for sake of simplicity I am using US Dollars = 1 Asylan Dollar), we believe the price for transference can be negotiated from here. The Trogen has undergone one major refit in its lifetime, costing around 10,000,000 Asylan dollars, bringing it up to mainly modern standards. Due to these factors we believe it would be best to sell the Trogen or the price of 45,000,000 Asylan dollars, complete with all systems on board.

The High Kingdom of Ivernia agrees to this offer and shall pay it henceforth in the equivalent of Ivernish Ór. The High Kingdom of Ivernia shall, once the Republic of Asylan is prepared to release it from the Commission of the Republic Navy, claim the Carrier, and fit and equip it naval soldiers and naval officers from the High Kingdom of Ivernia, in order to put it into full service for the Ivernish Naval Service where it shall in essence continue to serve the TAAO but under the wing and projection of the High Kingdom.

We thank the Republic of Asylan for their service, and in the honour of it's forebear, we shall rename the ANS Trogen, while under Ivernish Naval Service Commission, to the L.É. Nordic Hammer.

For the attention of the Continental Republic of @Sylvania, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade

As the war in Yujin continues to create turmoil and burden in all things across the Long Sea, we in the High Kingdom of Ivernia has begun to germinate doubts. Doubts on the stability and the safety of economic trespass across the Long Sea, where Carentania claims as it's sovereignty. In that work we believe it only a matter of time before the Red Army makes a move to fully lock the Long Sea, if were ever supposed or felt threatened to do so. In this respect, while the High Kingdom would prefer to enjoy the trade of good willing nations across and in the Eastern lands of Toyou, we know that it is a relationship that may be cut short intermittently by Communism.

In this resort, we turn to you, our esteemed allies, fully secure in your sovereignty and the sovereignty on your trade. A nation steadfast and reliable. In this we propose a furtherance of our TAAO relationship, and Ivernia is willing and trusting to enter a level of reliance on the Continental Republic for the necessities of a functioning well oiled nation, and we believe the Continental Republic to be a prudent choice in this. We propose a closing on the ties on our energy market. With Sylvania taking a more dominant role in the supplier relationship of important fuels, oil, liquefied natural gas etc. We hope for a progressive increase in the purchase of Sylvanian energy in the years to come, securing vital trade lines across safer, more well protected and local waters. If the Continental Republic of Sylvania feels like this invitation is well met, then we shall draw up a coordinated and more detailed energy plan between our two nations for the years to come.
