Children of the Revolution, your day of ascendancy is at hand!
Seventy-seven years, my Children, for seventy-seven years, we have waited. We have seen an ideal wither and crumble, as those who would steal the Revolutionary mantle from your shoulders ruled through the very means which they believed they stood against. We were witnesses. Witnesses to slaughter, to corruption, to warmongering, and to hypocrisy. Under the pretense of the progressivism, these apparatchiks nearly brought our nation to the grave.
But we know the true face of the Revolution. And that Revolution was far stronger than whatever phantom of a movement the KCP could conjure.
We knew that the Revolution does not lie wholly in the weight of a coin. The Revolution lies in the weight of one's heart, when they face oppression because their tribe of origin, because of their sex, because of the color of their skin, because of who they worship, or who they love. The Revolution lies in the eyes of those who have seen their families massacred because they were not Vradlan. The Revolution lies in the minds of those who were brought before firing squads for stating their political opinions. It is the stirring of the Revolution within these hearts, eyes, and minds, that allowed us to bring about such a transformation within our country. Today is the culmination of that transformation.
Today, we a build a society that does not concern itself with just the redistribution of wealth, but the redistribution of power. For at its very heart, the principle of Revolutionary Intersectionalism is a broadening of the Struggle—to domains beyond that of mere economics. The proletariat is not only the financially disenfranchised, it is those without a voice in any realm of society.
This begs the question, what will our new society resemble?
Politically, as an official organ of the Kryobaijani government, the Communist Party will be replaced with an Assembly of the Oppressed, which I will lead. This Assembly will serve the nation as a judicial institution. The remnants of the KCP's Commissars shall be absorbed into the Assembly. I have appointed my colleague Kombayn Goronin as the Chairman-General of the Revolutionary Council, which shall act as our new executive, enforcing legislation. Of course, our national Duma shall remain in place as our parliament, in accordance with the tenets of democracy and representation which we hold so dear. All citizens shall vote in the Duma, and in the Assembly of the Oppressed. Political prisoners of the former regime will be released, and the policies of oppression which we have been burdened with will be overturned.
Economically, we shall remain true to the basic tenets of socialism, ensuring equality for all. There should be no illusions that there will be liberalizations, which will be overseen by the Revolutionary Council. We will move towards the model of a socialist market economy, ending the economic stagnancy which has so longed plagued our nation, while retaining the crucial elements of a leftist model of governance.
Socially, we will see the emergence of an egalitarian society, based on the principles of equality for every being that has breath. A Truth and Reconciliation Commission shall be established to bring closure to crimes that were committed under the KCP. Employment quotas, anti-discrimination policies, and reparations for minorities shall be implemented and enforced. We shall endeavor in our schools and communities to foster a new generation who understands the hierarchies of power which dominated the lives of their parents.
The other righteous nations of Europe have nothing to fear from the new era of Intersectionalism in Kryobaijan. They shall find liberalized markets for investment, renewed efforts towards cooperation and multilateralism, and a valuable ally in the fight against fascism and authoritarianism across the world. For those abroad who still await their liberation, huddled and immobilized by the structures of oppression that shape their society, they will find Kryobaijan to be a beacon of empowerment and support, from which they will draw strength to break the chains that have kept them in social bondage for so long.
Now, my Children of the Revolution, show me your fists. These are the means by which we have waged our struggle, and they will forever be a symbol of that struggle.

Within just weeks of seizing the Bashnya and taking control of the country, the IPK (Intersectionalist Party of Kryobaijan) and the Revolutionary Council have made their first major foreign policy statement since the fall of the former hardline communist regime. Amidst efforts efforts to solidify its grasp on power and restore order to the country, IKP and Revolutionary Council officials and spokespeople made a joint statement earlier today that the United Socialist States would be formally withdrawing from the International Revolutionary Bloc. This withdrawal comes on the eve of two major wars between other IRB member states and other nations, as bilateral Meribia-Coronado and Batavie-Scania relations worsen dramatically. However, government officials have adamantly claimed that this was not a factor in their decision to leave the IRB.
"It is time for the USSK to stake its own course in international diplomacy," stated USSK Director of Foreign Affairs Vadim Nodishenko. "We can no longer be tied to an organization that is so symbolic of the old European order, and the tragic ideological shortcomings of their flawed ontology. In a community where the Kryobaijan people have been derided as 'revisionist' and 'class-traitors', the opportunity for cooperation is disappointingly small. It should be noted that the recent tensions between Europe, Meribia, and Batavïe have played no role in our decision, although we cannot say that Meribian nuclear testing and the general belligerence of the IRB have influenced our thinking. Whatever the case, we believe that the USSK will be able to prosper and grow without the onus of the IRB. We would also like other IRB member states to know that our bilateral relations with them have not been affected by this decision, and that we look forward to continued cordial relations with the other leftist nations of Europe, outside the framework of the IRB."
Many Kryobaijanis view the IRB as a holdover from the more orthodox, classical marxist-leninist strain of communism that was prominent in the USSK under the KCP and popular with the ethnic Vradlan majority. Thus, the move to quit the IRB has been popularly lauded by many Kryobaijanis throughout the nation, including Krosdiak, Hlodna, Turkish, and Jizhou minorities. Neither Chairman-General Kombayn Goronin of the Revolutionary Council, nor Chairman of the IPK Genrikh Artov could be reached for comment.

As for the foreign offices of Životinje, it seems from what can be gleaned from the Blue Union's garbled and offensive statement, that they have likewise chosen not to recognize the new Kryobaijani government. It is unfortunate how their blindness to the rise of a new, progressive institution in Kryobaijan parallels the rise of the struggling masses in Životinje, who yearn for freedom and liberation from the oppressive jackbooted regime.

:: Major ethnic clashes in Tirovgrad ::
Tirovgrad, the largest city in the northeastern Kryobaijani state of Buraniya, and a stronghold for the Vradlan tribe, was engulfed in flames yesterday as crowds of ethnic Vradlans and KCP (Kryobaijani Communist Party) partisans launched several attacks against Krosdiak and Hlodna homes and businesses. Also targeted were police stations and government offices that were recently claimed by the new IPK (Intersectionalist Party of Kryobaijan) administration. While casualty counts are not accurate at this time, it is estimated that several hundred were killed or wounded in the attacks.
While there were professional KCP paramilitary commandos leading the crowd, the bulk of the attackers were thought to be hardliner Vradlan nationalists, still resisting the new Intersectionalist rule that has found a much larger base of support among the Krosdiak and Hlodla tribes in the center and Southwest of the country. The rioters used weapons ranging from thrown rocks and debris to small arms and homemade firebombs. Some of the militarized KCP partisans used mortars against Tirovgrad police stations. The KPA (Kryobaijani People's Army), KPRG (Kryobaijani People's Revolutionary Guard), and the Buraniya State Police were dispatched to combat the violent crowds, using both lethal and nonlethal tactics and equipment to stop the city-wide assault. Most attacks had stop by nightfall, although many KCP commandos had fled to the Tirovgrad suburbs. Krosdiak and Hlodna citizens were also seen forming impromptu militias to combat the Vradlan/KCP militants.
The scattered remnants of the KCP leadership have gone into hiding, but are thought to still be coordinating attacks against the IPK throughout the country. Most KCP leaders have refused invitations to participate in the currently stalled Kryobaijani Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Along with reinvigorating the stagnated national economy through strategic privatizations, The Revolutionary Council has made securing the country its highest post-Revolution priority.
