This letter is directed to Taoiseach Airgetlám, and the Minister of War,
Sir,
May this message meet you in times of victory for our beloved King.
We suspect that after so many rebel losses, prisons in green Ivernia must be overflowing. Your erstwhile colony, the Commonwealth of Morland, is experiencing a labor shortage, and using ethnic Himyari in certain trades would be difficult or unsuitable. If our suspicions are true, we would like to request an opportunity for those traitorous prisoners of war to be shipped to Morland for penal labor. They will be put to work digging out more reservoirs, building roads and houses, or put in the mines to increase our diamond and gold production capacity.
If you would require a manpower contribution from the Morland garrison to the High Kingdom's front lines in return, then we would be honored to contribute as much as we can.
Signed,
Sir Normund Helleren, TM
