Secondly, the Tsardom finds it unacceptable for Marquette to intrude upon the diplomatic mismanagement and affairs of Wiese. Marquette has not been involved in the process of maintaining the peace or fostering goodwill between Wiese and Vittoria. To suddenly intrude upon this conflict now shows nothing but the Marquettean lust for power and blood. If it is blood that Marquette desires, it will be blood that they shall have.
