TO: Loagan Foreign Ministry

Your Excellencies,

In light of recent hostile actions against business and ventures owned by New Cathayan citizens, permanent residents and companies, our government has decided to hire private security contractors to help defend assets such as mines and industrial farms. We would be most appreciative if Maseru would permit the operation of these private forces within your territory. Civilians will never be harmed, of course, only hostile forces who refuse to respect private and peaceful property.

These private security forces would be transported to Loago via NCEF Sky Force unarmed transport aircraft as well as chartered passenger jets owned by Cathay Pacific Airways. We therefore request landing rights for these aircraft in various airports across the country that are close to clusters of New Cathayan business.

We hope for a quick return to peace in Loago, but in the meantime seek to mitigate damage to substantial and mutually lucrative New Cathayan assets and ventures in the country.

In the name of the people of Loago, we thank the people of New Cathay for their thoughts and prayers. The world truly has taken a dark turn now that world communism in on the move, attacking, hunting, slaughtering any resemblance of civilisation, faith and freedom. The people of New Cathay have been good friends of the Loagans, offering funds to develop the mining industry and helping us develop ourselves.

It is imperative that the country is to be pacified, if not everything that we have strove to build for so many decades if not centuries will go in the dustbin. We understand the sense of urgency the New Cathayan investors are feeling when they see hordes of communists marching towards Loago, their mouths salivating at the thought of nationalising the mines and throwing the people into poverty and famine.

While we are deeply concerned that the impressive levels of the offensive has truly taken us by surprise and we are sending everything we have to break the points of infiltration while stopping the attacks from all over the country. We accept the presence of security forces to defend the New Cathayan assets and we will prepare the airports of Maseru and Bulawayo for the arrivals of the security forces. Of course there are many bureaucratic preparations to do, but we don't believe that such a laborious people like the New Cathayans would have problems with that.
