Your Majesty,
In my quality as Prime Minister of Retalia I seek to extend, improve and deepen the ties between the Kingdom of Occitania and the Grand Duchy of Retalia so as to ensure a stable and prosperous Gallo-Germania, consolidated by the joint resolve of our two Powers.
It is with this in mind that I would seek to establish closer economic and political ties between our two Powers, as well as coordinate our efforts against those menaces on the international arena that we both identify as mutual.
It shall come as no surprise in this regard that the Grand Duchy of Retalia considers the Rurikgrad Pact as a threat on the international arena and would seek a concerted Effort of Nations to keep Ivar and its satellites in check.
