Hi Carlos and Felipe. You will see that this forum is not linked to NS, it is an independent nation RP board. Also we have a map (

) and we also have ethnic cluster rules that pretty much copy those from RL. You get on the map through an application by deciding on a spot and also by being consistent with the RP.
