Nkalamenga meets the Portusgalians.

Following a challenge for a friendly meeting, the Portusgalian high political rank figures engaged into the city of Nkalamenga, to meet External Affairs Minister Rafael Ngudiankama and First Minister Alfonso Gizenga. Three major figures where selected by the Queen to meet the Cathiopians, The Prefect of Mozambia Colonel Coutinho, the Secretary of Foreign Affairs Professor Augusto Osório and the Secretary of the Kingdom Marshal Augusto Corte-Real.

-Portusgalia will support the Cathiopian actions in Eastern Cape, supporting democratic factions, in order to make the communist loose political terrain among the inhabitants of Eastern Cape.

- Portusgalia will provide funds and supplies to anti-communist groups via Cathiopia.

- Portusgalia will publicly pledge to help the Eastern Cape as a sign of goodwill. The Church will be the main agent in the humanitarian help.

- Portusgalian soldiers will act in a kind of "reserve" of the Cathiopian Peacekeepers, and will be called if there is need, and always under the command of Cathiopia, and integrated in the Cathiopian Peace Force, a a requirement from Portugalia.

-Portusgalia will support Cathiopia in the struggle for Civil and Political rights of the Himyari, specially in the area of Human Rights.

- An approach to the Bissau markets and other cultural cooperation between Cathiopia and the Province of Bissau.
