Subject: Release and Transportation of 254 Angliarique Prisoners

His Excellency, El Presidente Giuseppe Davide Constantino, is pleased to inform His Excellency Consul Pavel Churkin of the Empire of @Tarusa that success has been achieved in our negotiations with the Tianese Consulate regarding the Anglian POWs following the Frescanian Incident. After a brief period of discussions, an agreement has been reached where Uicheon will release two-hundred and fifty-four prisoners of war who were and/or still are wounded and will be discretely transported to Palmira. From there, they shall be handed off to a Tarusan Krylo Air chartered flight to depart for the Anglian homeland. Press both domestic and international shall be disallowed from learning of any step of this process to the best of our abilities, as well as the Tianese, and we have little doubt the Tarusans shall do their part as well.

We hope that this gesture of Tianese humanity and principled decency shall be received well in the Imperial Court of Kremlyov, and that this shall inspire further efforts both on the part of Kremlyov and Uicheon to normalize relations and bring the world that much closer to peace.

On facilitating visa free travel for tourism and business

The Commonwealth would like to propose to the Occidental Republic to consider simplifying travel arrangements for tourism and business between our two States and to lift relevant visa requirements for a period of 30 days per stay, for an aggregate allowance of 90 days stay per every period of 180 calendar days. Such a visa free regime would not allow the Commonwealth and Occidental Republic citizens any right of abode or work within our mutual territories and would serve for travel purposes only. This should lead to increased travel exchanges and international business relations.

Subject: Terrorism in Valls, Ebria

His Excellency, El Presidente José David Costantino, is horrified by the drastic escalation of violence and instability in @Ebria with the recent news of a terrorist attack at the Alcazar of Valls. On behalf of the people of Josepania, we condemn this cowardly strike against His Majesty's government, and pray fervently that the perpetrators of this attack be tracked down and brought to justice.

It is with this in mind and with immense regret that El Presidente also decrees that a travel advisory be issued for the territories of the United Kingdom of Ebria, Nuoria and Hamrun, given the sudden spike in deadly violence and widespread instability stemming from the ongoing general strike by the CNT and UGT and a separate strike by the Third Army led by General Aníbal Durrán. All Josepanian citizens are strongly advised to begin leaving Ebria as soon as possible, and that all travel is to be avoided until further notice. While this is a drastic step that provides severe inconvenience to all Josepanian citizens who are or have interest or plans in traveling to or residing in Ebria, El Presidente's government is committed to the safety and security of all its people here and abroad.

We pray that this decree proves to be premature and overcautious, and that the instability in Ebria is resolved soon with minimal bloodshed.

Subject: Travel Advisory in Response to Escalation of Tensions in the Meridian Sea

His Excellency, El Presidente José David Costantino, has been made aware of the recent escalation of tensions within the Meridian Sea region as a result of the ongoing conflict in the United Kingdom of @Ebria, Nuoria and Hamrun. Specifically, public rhetoric from prominent politicians and the foreign ministry of the Republic of @Radilo and the Empire of @Pelasgia respectively has given El Presidente and the Department of Foreign Affairs reason to believe that an expansion of the current conflict into something far more dangerous is imminent if not already underway. There are unconfirmed reports at this time of military movement from both of these two nations, but given the rapidly changing conditions on the ground it has been conveyed to this office that utmost caution would be the wisest choice.

It is with this in mind and with deep sorrow that El Presidente hereby decrees that a travel advisory be issued for the territories of the Radillan Republic and the Pelasgian Empire. All Josepanian citizens are advised to avoid non-essential travel to these two nations until further notice, due to expected security concerns with active military movement and involvement. While this is a drastic step that provides severe inconvenience to all Josepanian citizens who are or have interest or plans in traveling to or residing in Ebria, El Presidente's government is committed to the safety and security of all its people here and abroad. Additionally, due to related security concerns, travel to the following jurisdictions should be reconsidered, though not necessarily avoided: the @Angliarique Empire, Csgenia, @Remuria & @Rheinbund due to their geographic and political proximity to the sources of conflict.
