I believe Carrana was interested in claiming M8 and moving it to an island spot at the south of Occidentia, in the southern Implarian, as it would give the nation a lot more interaction with the hispanosphere. He's in work at the moment, so I thought I'd take the time to chirp up in case there's any work being done at the moment.

Notice the tinyness of the lake! You can get it in the next update, it's not like it's a gamebreaking problem or anything.

Perhaps an exclave or something? Ivernia said its good that there is naval access to the Eternal Empire for him, and I too saw the EE as an Intermarum thing. If I misinterpreted that request, ignore it.
