Recently Valkany's decision to send an expeditionary force at the Eastern Cape colony caused confusion and almost lead to a preemptive strike against Valkany. We apologize for not having made the reasoning behind our decision clear and promise to not repeat the same actions in the future. We have simply dispatched the force there to deal with the native rebels and it will return as soon as the rebellion is dealt with. We do not aim and will never aim to non-peacefully expand our borders. Once again we apologize for any trouble our behavior might have caused.

I suggest Your Imperial Majesty to measure your words on the broadcasting stations, because Your speach was all about war in Himyar. Has Your Imperial Majesty may understand, every nation concerns about National Security.

The High Kingdom of Ivernia is shocked to be accused of attempting a ''pre-emptive strike'' upon the Empre of Valkany. The High Kingdom has no idea where the Empire gained this notion, and demands evidence to back up this accusation.

Regardless, Valkany's promise to restrain from ''non-peacefully expand their borders'' is an interesting commitment, and more interesting to see if Valkany can hold to that statement.

We were not referring to Iveria but rather to other nations that have placed forces on our borders. Even in that case we didn't accuse them of attempting such a strike but of merely being one step before doing so. We would also like to remind you that we have expanded peacefully until now and we assure you that we will continue to do so in the future.

Our Emperor only spoke of intervention to our colony. His Imperial Majesty never said anything about an offensive war in Himyar but in fact reassured other nations that we would not cross our borders and that we would evacuate our expeditionary force immediately after the native revolt is dealt with. That usually brings reassurance instead of concern. If you're able to understand basic human speech that is.
