ENGELLEXIAN THAUMANTIC COMPANY
In the BOARD of GUARANTORS of the COMPANY ASSEMBLED the LORD GUARANTOR ADDRESS,
As Lord Guarantor of the Engellexic Thaumantic Company, I hold the honour in expressing the gratitude of the Company for the consideration and time of the Government of Legialle.
One has only to look back over the too recent past to obtain the necessary perspective on how the thoughts of the ETC, the EHTC and, perhaps, the wider Engellexian Republic, have been allowed to naturally develop. It is from our perspective on recent European affairs that I do endeavour to urge your government a policy that I would call restrained determination. By that I mean that that the Government of Legialle should consider its position and be careful to act under the guidance of a civilisation that has stored much in the liberties and sovereignty independent peoples such as yours rightfully cherish, and not become isolated by the divisive imperialism of Gallian-Germanic Powers.
It was unfortunately decided that the necessary feat of our statesmanship was to keep together the power of the Engellexic Thaumantic Company, with the Engell-Himyar Trading Company, and the moral authority possessed by Free and Civilised Nations of Europe; the Engellexian Republic, and Legialle. It was unfortunately found necessary that it should be pursued a policy to secure the absolute withdrawal of imperial authority over the contested territories in the North Thaumantic Ocean Area. It was not overlooked that Legialle is positioned geographically in a way quite advantageous to strategic operations of the North Thaumantic Ocean Area, in a land capacity in respect of North Echidna. The Engellexic Thaumantic Company hopes to find agreement that would permit the Elephant Admiralty and the Henrietta Admiralty to mobilise the full strength of their marine divisions in pursuit of guaranteeing the freedom and prosperity of our shared North Thaumantic Ocean Area from the aggression of imperialist Powers of Gallia-Germania.
It is with the principles of independence and prosperity that the ETC seeks to find agreement of support from the Government of Legialle.
The Engellexic Thaumantic Company hopes to find agreement for the deployment of two Marine Expeditionary Brigades, two Marine Divisions, and the required equipment and supplies for their security operations, to Legialle.
