Being happy with the way the meeting was progressing the Prime Minister decided to move on to the final issue of the meeting.
"On to the issue of diplomatic cooperation, we would like to increase our diplomatic presence in Justiza and work more closely with you on matters of international politics. How would you view a joint Declaration of Friendship?"

"An increase in the number of diplomats we have in eachother's nation would allow us to work more closely. A joint Declaration of Friendship would be a symbollic move, however it would demonstrate our willingness to work together. After all, there is no paper we can sign to work more closely diplomatically, since diplomacy is all about symbolism."

"Great. Now, unless you have anything less to add, I believe that concludes our meeting. In that case His Imperial Majesty would like to present Your Excellencies with some diplomatic gifts, as a token of our nations' friendship."

The Emperor and the Ministers stood up, as two servants entered the room, holding two wooden boxes. The Emperor walked towards the first box and opened, pulling out three medals. The medals bore the Imperial sigil and the Coat of Arms of Justiza on one side and a picture of the two nation's current Heads of State on the other. The inscription around the medals' centre read "JUSTINIAN-TIBURAN FRIENDSHIP - 30 FEB 1956" in both Justinian and Pelasgian. The Emperor presented each Justinian delegate with one of the medals.

"These medals of friendship are meant to showcase the close bonds between our people and the steps we have taken here, today, to strengthen them."

The Emperor then walked to the other box a pulled out a vase, an artifact of ancient Justiza which had ended up in the Museum of Propontis through the illegal collection of some shipping magnate. Justiza's Minsitry of Culture had been petitioning its return for years.

"We do believe that this has no place in Pelasgia. It's place is in its home country, Justiza. We are sorry to have kept from you, for so long."
