To the honorable Premier of Havenshire, Michael Foot,



We will accept your generous offer and donate our westmost island, La Roca Fuerte, to Havenshire for use as a navalbase/airfield. We will aid you the best we can in the construction of the naval base. Fish, gold, and cannabis trade can be arranged in exchange for public transportation vehicles and industrial/farming equipment. We also request that we be put up for membership in the RDTO. As for the uranium, it has just recently undergone extraction and our geologists have not yet estimated how much of it we have, so as of yet we are not trading our uranium ore sadly. The Republic will notify you when and if uranium is available for trade. The military vehicles and weapons will be greatly appreciated, and El Presidente is very pleased.

There is no discussion needed unless you deem it necessary, upon your agreement we will send the first barges full of the requested items to your docks. El Presidente eagerly awaits your military donation.

Regrettably, the Island Sale has been voted against by the People's Directive for the time being. We thank you for your patience, and we regret that the deal cannot go forward at this time. We nonetheless look forward to doing more business with you in future.
