Secretary Moravscik,

I contact you today to reassure your government of the Union's support for your actions in the continent. We have historically been friends, and I should hope this continues to be the case.

Rest assured, if you need our assistance, we are prepared to assist the Rurikgrad Pact in any circumstance. Militarily, however, we cannot risk committing large forces without calling upon our reservists and preparing our coasts. If you need military assistance, the Revolutionary Guard stands ready.

There are matters of concern with our neighbors in Virumaa, as apparently a coup has taken place by royalists - potentially loyal to your Trier Concord enemies. We will be stalwart defenders of the Proletariat in the event this is the case, as it threatens our shipping lanes directly.

Esteemed Comrade Premier,

As always we appreciate the continued loyalty of our friends in the Northern Realms. Indeed the situation of the Beckerist regime in Virumaa seems dire. Virumaa has always been very vulnerable and under constant siege of reactionary forces. The fact that the latter have established themselves in roughly 2/3rds of the country overnight are a clear indication that the strength of reaction is not to be underestimated. Like it has in the past it seems that Vaalbara will once again be a stage for civil conflict, were the righteous shall face those who seek to oppress the working class.

With the situation in the West unresolved it is difficult to say at this time to what degree the Kadikistani Union can aid our Virumaan comrades. Nonetheless it is indeed essential that the free world does not loose its position in the Gothic Sea. At this time we are preparing two motor rifle divisions with armoured and AA brigades along with a Mixed Aviation Division to aid our comrades in the High North. It is doubtful that these deployments will be enough, but with an unresolved situation in the West and foreign-sponsored internal dissidence it is unlikely that we can commit much more.

We have commenced air-based operations against the royalist forces of Virumaa. The rebels have been an issue to our shipping lanes for some time, and we have justified the attack for the international sphere. Our mutual friend's has been winning the battle in the straits for some time, but we'll commence bombardment of the rebel fleet shortly with our own forces.

We have begun planning an operation to insert the Revolutionary Guard Naval Warfare Brigade into the northwestern portion of the country to engage in guerrilla action and support of local forces. Please inform us if you have any qualms with the actions we are undertaking presently, and we will halt them.

Esteemed Comrade Premier,

As we have in the past we will continue to share intelligence on our movements in and around Virumaa. Our common enemy can not be allowed to reach their reactionary goals and defeat our allies. While Kadikistan is in the process of committing regular forces drawn from the Southern Military District to Virumaa the Rurikgrad Pact will find a way to fit and organize any volunteers coming from friendly nations. The importance of airial dominance is neither to be underestimated and that particular kind of commitment could certainly be useful not only for combat, but also reconnaissance and logistics.
