You know, Portusgalia is bordering the Latinium region. It would be no bother at all to put Portusgalia in it if that's what you'd like.

no no! I find the idea of the portusgalian celtic origin! I never had think about ancient history on my country, but now I came up with a kind of "romanized Celts", in the game case, Tiburtine Celts

Also yes, we do need some kind of explanation for the regions, and a basic break down of the ethnicities found in them. I'll get around to that!
