General objective of our foreign policy
The preservation of the Metsamaan people, the Metsamaan language, and the Metsamaan culture through the ages as well as reinforcing the sovereignty and independence of the Republic of Metsamaa in international relations. To increasing prosperity in Metsamaa and protect the interest of the Metsamaan community abroad.

Many of the Foreign Affairs Competences are assigned to the Scanlaw and thus the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Skånskelag. Most concerns should be designated to their office. This Office is for direct communication, economic and business affairs, and concerns that are assigned with the Republic of Metsamaa.

The greatest failure of our time is the European Forum. The world does not in general care for Gallo-Germania and Lethonian actions against the European forum resolution. The backdoor channels and negotiations have appeared to always be the way of maintaining peace. The Democratic world would much rather we kill each other and they profiteer off our destruction, most likely Tianlong with its desire to spend moneys building projects, what better place than rebuilding war torn countries after they have destroyed each other.

It is in the interest of peace that we would accept Metsamaa and Scanias offer to mediate between the Lethonians, Franks, and ourselves. Baron Bakhmeteff is flying back to Piramida at this moment. We would humbly invite representatives from Gothenhagen, Uuslossa, Hertha, and Chagny to meet with the Baron on the Tsars Yacht in the Gothic Sea. To stave off war and come to an agreement that see's a final solution to this Pannonia affair. We have instructed our staff in Chagny to submit this request as well to the Frankish government.

Dearest Neighbor,

The Republic of Metsamaa has engaged in most secret negotiations with the Bakken Presidency of the Scanlaw, and the Leupolz Presidency of Thüringäu-Lethonia on the subject matter described by your previous inquiry. The parties of the Scanlaw agree to the subject matter and will meet at your earliest convenience.

The representatives will only be from the Scanlaw and the Republic of Metsamaa which has agreed to represent the interests of the Leupolz Presidency. This arrangement is based upon the internal politics of the Scanlaw. A lesser delegate from Thüringäu-Lethonia will be attached to the Metsamaan delegation as part of an advisement.
