Requesting an Eye (ATTN: Yujin)

Greetings,

We humbly request the temporary and observed usage of some of your armed force's spy satellites to collect imagery from the northern steppe regions of Toyou. Our own satellites are still in development. Our intelligence community believes that there could be subversive activities north of the border that would be damaging to Karakhstan and possibly also Yujin. We request usage for the next few weeks and can send down trained intelligence officials to the required locations in Yujin for monitoring and information gathering.

On a related note we could also use some help with the satellite and rocket technology to get our own satellites up into orbit as quickly as possible. In return for this sharing of technology we would be willing to grant regular use of the Daikonur Cosmodrome in western Karakhstan to Yujin for satellite launches.

To whom it may concern,

We will allocate the necessary resources towards this endeavor, though operational control of the satellites will remain in Yujiner hands, we will instruct our personnel to cooperate with the Karakhstan investigation. You intelligence operatives will be required to report to this office, where they will be assigned a liaison position with the MoI for the duration of this operation and oversee and relay information back to the appropriate Karakhstan agencies.

In regards to the sharing of intelligence technology and launch sites, we are cautious. We will consider these proposals against upon the conclusion of this operation.
