We feel that all Leftist nations must belong to one military entity, in order to ensure the eventual global liberation of the Proletariat world-wide. We eagerly await the organizations decision.

The Friendly Confines stand before the Revolutionary Defense Treaty Organization as distant ideological cousins, perhaps unrecognizable to such brave vanguards: true model states such as Kyiv, Carentania, Havenshire, and Tyrrhenia - the latter whom shares the nearest Christian Brotherhood to us. We, the humble Peoples & Patriots of the Grand Covenant of Cantignia, appear not to you as the ideal partners of a revolution, perhaps even something less than, though it is us who appears to you now as countless nations around the world flock to the banner of the Gallo-Occidential Defense Council.

If not by arms alone, the parasites magnetized to the GODC (a name we take great offense to) are a binding of wealth oriented oligarchs who would seek to buy and sell the very oxygen we breathe if allowed. Already we are seeing our neighbors to the South, our distant Occidentian Cousins in Sylvania, and a startling number of Gallo nations joining this deplorable alliance. We are not a strong nation of battleships and jet fighters, mega-banks and think-tanks, we are a faithful people seeking to preserve our way of life by coming together under one covenant.

Our fight, our revolution is not a distant memory - not in the least. After our own duplicitous Monarchy was bowled over by Imperial Engellex for consorting with the European Defence Federation we took to forging a new path divorced from the hegemony of royal blood and papal bulls. The Covenant that stands before you is a State of the People, guaranteed by the Patriotism of those same people in uniforms, factories, and fields in the Old World born anew. Cantignia is at the center of the Gallo-Germanic struggle, surrounded by Imperial Engellex, Imperial Etnaea, Imperial Tiburtina, and yet more repugnant monarchies a short distance across the sea. By joining the RDTO Cantignia would not just sit but stand against these nations as a challenge to golden coin and crown.

As an RDTO member, Cantignia would match and exceed the efforts of her allies to inevitably decolonize Himyar and elsewhere. We believe fundamentally in the decolonization effort that the RDTO has undertaken, as evidenced by our own participation - the Grand Covenant as an RDTO member would pose not as an opportunist, but an ardent advocate of the Himyari, Occidentian, and Toyou people who experience the violence of Empire as brutally as we ourselves felt in the August Catastrophe. Thus, this is not an idle ideological undertaking for the Friendly Confines, the decolonization of mankind is a matter of visceral solidarity felt for each and every one of us.

Cantignia is not at war, and will not start a war so help us God, but if invaded again by any of our many Monarchist and soon to be GODC neighbors our assets and enslaved people would and perhaps will be pointed against you. We will not lie or pretend that all of our views and aims will match up with other nations in the RDTO, all we can state as fact is that at our core we share a resistance to what is boiling up from around the world to oppose you, the RDTO, and envelope us the Grand Covenant if we do not stand together against it.

Tyrrhenia fully supports the membership of the Covenant of Cantignia into the RDTO. If the people of Cantignia follow the righteous path of the teachings of Jesus, without listening to papist perversions, they most likely support socialism. Altruism, humbleness and love and care towards the people nearby you are what defines both socialism and Christianity.

"Give justice to the weak and the fatherless; maintain the right of the afflicted and the destitute. Rescue the weak and the needy; deliver them from the hand of the wicked" Psalm 82

As long as any Church will follow the teachings of Jesus Christ they also walk on the same path of Socialism, towards the communist society. The people of Tyrrhenia will stand side by side with the people of Cantignia in helping them promoting the ideals of justice, freedom and equality.

Regarding the non-Revolutionary path, Cantignia is on, we believe that Iordanism would provide the best way of ideological development for the edification of the socialist society. Iordanos thought us, that the duty of a Communist Party is actually to educate the people, to help them develop their social conscience, so they will understand what is wrong with this world and will be ready to do anything to repair it. Iordanos stressed that when a people will be ready, they will instinctively follow the politics of the left-wing, as those are the politics that defend human rights, support justice and give humans equality in chances. In conclusion, if a left-wing party is doing its job well, the country can enter socialism and then follow the path towards communism without a revolution, such a thing should be the last weapon to be used.

Tyrrhenia also notes the fact that Cantignia kept the same line as the Socialist States in the Eastern Cape Crisis and for that it is eternally grateful and will fully support its ascension into the RDTO.

The Grand Covenant wishes to respectfully remark how we find it highly disconcerting that after our nation exposed itself publicly to form a friendship with your organization, secret talks were put in to motion to welcome the KNRR as we face ostracization for our convictions. We do not huddle in the shadows with our beliefs, we instead display them proudly and welcome the consequences of representing the popular will of the Peoples & Patriots of this nation. If selective solidarity and secrecy is to be the trend of the Revolutionary Defense Treaty Organization, then we must seriously contemplate our place in this world within or without the RDTO.

The talks with the KNRR had been in preparation and planning since before the Cantignian application and we kindly request Cantignia to respect that, given its unique geopolitical situation and involvement, Kyivan security needs may be different than Cantignias. We hope that Cantignia does not take different treatment as a sign of different value of an application, but rather to be an attempt to respect individual situations and follow the principle "to each according to his need".

Cantignias application is carefully considered by RDTO memberstates and we expect to be able to give you a definite reply within the next days.

Your efforts have been directly responsible for liberating more than thirty million Seorans, who now live free in a nation that has been shackled and suppressed by Imperial chains for centuries. The efforts of the international proletariat in Tyrrhenia, Vangala, Carentania, Havenshire, and other proletarian nations - RDTO and otherwise - are not forgotten. No, their efforts and sacrifices serve as inspiration to our own comrades. Vangalan blood has been shed resisting mad tyranny, Tyrrhenian sweat has been poured into armaments and supplies, Carentanian lead has torn through the steel of oppressors ships, and Havenite warriors have fought and bled by our side. Everything that the international proletariat has done for us has advanced our cause, and though we have struggled for years, the Mad Emperor now seeks to rebuild this nation through a crucible of anguish and terror. Even now, chemical, biological, and incendiary weapons are unleashed on our fighters in Lianggang, strikes have been launched at refugees fleeing combat, and a million foreigners are poised to intervene and put down the notion of popular liberation forever.

For many years we have appealed to the individual nations of the Revolutionary Defense Treaty Organization for their aid and support, and it has trickled in. But now we face odds the likes of which we have never struggled against. Our spirits are high and our merits are whispered across the country, but our victory is not yet achieved. Now, we must appeal to the RDTO as a whole to join us in our revolutionary struggle by whatever means possible, to push back Imperialist oppression with a mighty tide of righteous arms. If we fail here, an Empire of Ash and Corpses will rise to bury the proletariat. But if we succeed, a quarter of the worlds population will rise up together as equals, ready to stand by our comrades across Europe.

It is thus, acknowledging that the RDTO is in no way obligated to assist us in this crisis, our terrible burden to beg our distant comrades to know that our war of liberation continues, and that hundreds of thousands have died for this mighty effort. We request the RDTO consider any concerted effort to provide aid to our fighters, any materials that can clothe and feed our revolutionaries, any provisions that can be used to protect our fighters and their supporters from chemical and biological weapons, any medicines that can treat our wounded, and any weapons that can mitigate enemy air supremacy and armored power would be extremely welcome.

Regardless of your answer, know that our spirits are unbreakable, our idea of liberation is eternal, and that we will see through to the final victory, no matter the cost. The Mandate lies with the People.
