My brothers and I send you this missive in the hope you will allow us to bring aid to those in need during this crisis in your homeland. As you are no doubt aware, many are fleeing north to Elben. My brothers and I wish to set up field hospitals and kitchens within Crotobaltislavonia in order to meet the needs of persons displaced by the ongoing violence. All we require is your permission. We are fully equipped and have the necessary logistical support to do the rest on our own. Please allow us to help you!
