We find that it is our obligation as a civilised people to aid you in your noble quest against these traitors and lunatics. We thus offer material and financial support for your Armed Forces during your operations against the insurgency. If it please the honourable Government of your Nation, we would be willing to dispatch an expeditionary force to directly fight alongside your troops.
