Although transfers between any lines will require a new fare, daily, weekly, and monthly passes good for all travel on any bus, tram, or interurban rail within city limits will be available for travelers starting the first of Mercedinus. Revenue sharing is accomplished through an agreed upon formula supervised by the Public Utility Commissioner.
