Sir,

In light of the Cantigny invasion of Butuan and the recent aggressions of Engellex, it is a very distinct possibility that another attempt, one more organized, will be made against Butuan to, at the very least, neutralize Butuanese naval and air forces. It is this reason that we wish to strengthen the treaty between our countries, creating closer cooperation between governments and our militaries.

The situation, though seeming under control can easily become not so as long as Cannie still occupy Butuanese soil, and now with the Cannie Montherland at war, the not so is becoming more and more probable. If your government is serious in its wish to strengthen relations, I am willing to talk, but I would like to amend the the guest list, and instead of just Butuan and Anglyn, may I also suggest, if they are willing, our neighbors to the south, Barbossa.

Sir,

I am relieved that you do see the danger posed by Cantigny, which is bore out by the invasion of your nation, but also the implications of the Engellex aggression and its war on Montelimar. It is obvious now where the Cantigni inherit their desire to attack those that do not pose a threat to them, and being that they do possess that trait, the inclusion of Barbossa in the talks is an idea that should and will be pursude.
