State and Official Visits Abroad; Visiting Heads of State (ATTN: Any countries)

In 2012, His Majesty the King, as well as members of the Royal Family, would like to take a series of official and state visits to foreign governments throughout the year. In coordination with the King’s Household I am writing to initiate the requests for the members of the Royal Family.

H.M. The King
His Majesty, accompanied by Queen Isabelle, will be able to make state visits in May (The Talemantine Empire) and October (The Kingdom of Danmark) .

H.M. The Queen Mother
Her Majesty will be able to make official visits abroad in February and October. The Foreign Ministry has especially requested the Government of Havenshire to accept one visit by Her Majesty this year in an effort of improving relations.

H.R.H. The Prince Royal
His Royal Highness will be able to take an official tour in June.

H.R.H. The Princess Marguerite
The King’s Household is currently in the works of planning her official tour for February. Her visits will be concentrated to the regional neighbors of Gallia. (Potenza)

H.R.H. The Dowager Duchess of Livernois
The king’s sister will be able to attend one official visit in May.

H.R.H. The Duke of Bon
The king’s brother will be able to attend one official visit in August.

H.R.H. The Duke of Pombrais
The king’s cousin will be able to attend one official visit in April.

For 2012, His Majesty’s Government is expecting to receive three state visits this year. These visits are considered a key aspect in improving relations with foreign governments, fostering cultural and economic ties, and reaffirming peace throughout the known world. These visits, hosted by The King, will include a formal reception for the visiting head of state. Additional information such as the temporary residence of the visiting head of state, his/her agenda during the visit and the state banquets will be coordinated between official representatives to the host and visiting countries. His Majesty can receive visiting heads in March, August and September.

His Most August and Imperial Majesty would welcome their Majesties to Talemaniki for an official visit and any other of Cœurléon's royal family.

The King has graciously accepted the invitation by the Government of Danmark to make a state visit in October.


The King has graciously accepted the invitation by the Government of the Talemantine Empire to make a state visit in May. His Majesty will also graciously receive the Imperial Chancellor, along with the Talemantine Ambassador to the Court of Sainte-Elisabeth, before the visit at the Palais Royal.


The Princess Marguerite, on behalf of His Majesty, has graciously accepted the invitation by the Government of Potenza to make an official visit during her tour next month.
