Legislation Order 2022​

The Cabinet, in exercise of powers granted under section 3 of the Scarlett Act 2021 and pursuant to a vote taken in Cabinet on 17 June 2022 (voting 2–1), makes the following order :

1. The Scarlett Act 2021 is repealed.
   
   
2. This order may be cited as the Legislation Order 2022.

1. "Helisweerde" is appointed as Commissioner in consequence of a single-candidate election not held for December.
   
   
2. This order may be cited as the Commission Order 2023 and comes into effect as of 1 January 2023.
