New Ashton World's Most Dangerous Place to be A Police Officer

In a recent study done by a Private Intelligence Corporation, New Ashton is apparently the world's most dangerous place to be a police officer. This fact is not surprising, seeing as there are over 15 violent street gangs fighting for control of the cities blocks. It is believed that the nations drug cartels are funding these street gangs. The National Investigation Bureau is likely going to be bought out by private corporations, and an auction is planned to for next week.

The private corporation 'favored' to buy the entire nations detective force is Hoffman Justice Corporation. The Corporation has a complete monopoly on the Police, which was privatized in 1985.

We urge Styria to end the disastrous privatisation of its police force and create a new well-funded national authority which can reign in the gangs and provide some peace and security for ordinary people. We also hope the Styrian government will consider the reasons for its people turning to crime in the first place and take measures to reduce inequalities and provide an adequate social safety net. We cannot accept any violence and criminality spilling over our northern border and will hold Styria responsible should it not take the appropriate measures to prevent such a thing from happening.
