To the attention of the Hon. Secretary of Foreign Affairs of the @Tianlong Republic.
Honourable Secretary,
The Pelasgian People's Republic has recently become aware of Tianlong's openness to Pelasgian participation in the Silk Road initiative. For its part, Propontis has viewed the project in a positive light since its inception and wishes to participate therein as much as possible. Indeed, Pelasgia and Tianlong's trade relations are practically ancient, while our two nations have never really known a war.
To this end, I have been instructed by my Government to extend to your own an invitation for us to organise a meeting to discuss Pelasgia's participation in the Silk Road initiative, as well as further improving relations and facilitating trade between the two coasts of the Basilisk Sea.
Be pleased to extend the wishes of the Chairman of the Council of State, Comrade Marshal Ioannis Drakos, to His Excellency, President of the Republic Zhuan Lingxin.
