It is my belief that the Ratsadon Khana has been infiltrated by a clique of Capitalist sympathizers who have conspired to topple Socialism and pervert the ideals of the Proletariat. Several prominent ministers have been found to be conspirators in a plot which would expand Western economic growth, in particular showing favoritism to Engellex Imperial states, most notably Cantigny. This Cantigny Plot has been foiled, and all implicated Ministers have been summarily executed before the rest of the People's National Congress as a show of intolerance for treason.

I would like to reaffirm Thaesans commitment to our alliance and friendship. The Ratsadon Khana harbors no policies which would cause relations between our two states to deteriorate.

I would also like to notify the Communist Party of Vangala as to new policies which I intend to begin implementing. It is my belief that, due to the apathy of previous policymakers, the state of Socialism itself within the general masses has begun to atrophy within Thaesan. A campaign is to be undertaken which will indoctrinate and re-educate those who have forgotten the principles of the revolution, through a renewed commitment to collectivization and a planned deconstruction of proto-Capitalist institutions and fabrications. It is my belief that society can be reconstructed in Socialist totality.

In order to ensure the permanent and everlasting victory of socialism over evils of imperialism and capitalism, it is of paramount importance that the revolutionary zeal that first brought liberation to both our great nations is not extinguished by complacency amongst Party members or the insidious actions of bourgeoise restorationist elements. It is with this in mind I welcome and applaud your efforts to rejuvenate socialism in Thaesan together with the continuation and intensification of the war against class enemies and traitors.

I would also like to reaffirm my committment to maintaining and strengthening the alliance and friendship between our two countries. Vangala has no greater friend than Thaesan and the Vangalan Communist Party looks to the Ratsadon Khana and sees a brother.

However, I warn you against indulging in any excesses that will inflict great damage on the Saan people and nation. Ideological adventurism cannot and will not be tolerated, for it is as great as danger as revisionism.
