I wish to address you myself, as the High King of Ivernia to express my condolences at the tragedy that has befallen Montelimar in recent days, which Ivernia has heard of through international news today.

The High Kingdom of Ivernia wishes to express it's dismay and concern over this event. And what could possibly have led to it.
At the time of this writing the Engellexic occupation of Montelimar can be described as ''Understood to be the accepted situation'' by not just Ivernia, but for all of Germania. Not a topic that we address. But I would wish to break that mould.

If the High Kingdom of Ivernia may be so bold, we suggest to Engellex that it considers answering the calls from Montelimar and making steps towards ending to occupation. While during the August Catastrophe, Ivernia shall not pass judgement, perhaps now is the time to make moves towards more autonomy.

This is not a response to the terrorist attacks, which Ivernia shall never condone, but more to the actions of the Montelimar people as a whole. What do they want from the Great Engellex Empire?
As you Charlotte would no doubt remind me is the threat an independent Montelimar would be to Great Engellex, I would answer that is something that would be addressed while walking forward. I do not believe simply a continued occupation of a nation, with no plans change the status quo, will lead to more attacks and more movements, not just from Communists but from Mezhists, Royalists, Republicans, all young men and women who want to be heard by you Queen Charlotte. Ivernia strongly recommends listening.
