Novrus wanting to be recognized internationally as a sovereign and independent state, I declare its niepoedległość about it in the declaration.
State regime is social democracy (albeit with the power is extremely Communist party), Novrus divided into federal states with different degrees of autonomy. State power is concentrated in the president or otherwise dictator. Parliament has the legislative power which it shares with the aforementioned president.
Nation
A nation or rather the nations living on the territory of Novrus have their federal states (although a few years ago they were independent). We apply in all states of the Novruthenian language, but it is helpful for politicians and others.
