Colleagues of the People's Chamber, as Consul is it my honor and privilege to present before this institution the finalized fiscal plan for year CXCIX - CC | 2018 - 2019. This Fiscal Plan, first proposed by President Manuel Sanabria, holds the full support of the Government and fulfills the promises set forth to provide for a more equitable, prosperous republic for all.

The necessary, overdue, and pertinent investments guaranteed by this Plan will rejuvenate the Republic's economy and provide new avenues for growth for thousands of Aurarians. Chief amongst these investments is a $250 Billion infrastructure plan to be phased out over the next five years. It is the most ambitious infrastructure plan to date and will provide for the long overdue improvements. In addition, this plan makes historic investments into the Republic's armed forces - guaranteeing the safety and security of the country in these very difficult, uncertain times. This plan continues to uphold our promise to students by improving education funding, creating new after school problems, investing in vocational skills, and loan refinance programs to make college affordable to all. We will continue to fund our healthcare responsibilities to ensure that all Aurarians live happy, healthy lives.

The decision to eliminate tax exemptions on the Tiburan Catholic Church, while controversial, is a necessary step to ensuring tax equality across all of Auraria. The Church has long acted as a political and economic entity, taking advantage of its status to pay less toward society. The elimination of such exemptions will now enable the Republic to care for its people in new ways and will open new opportunities for thousands.

In conclusion, this Fiscal Plan moves the country forward. I am proud to have worked on it, I am proud to present it, and I am proud to send it to the President. I thank the Members for their consideration.

, the BPA Toro and the BPA Silencio, under Captain Ricardo Mendoza and Captain Miguel Contreras respective commands to the Natalian Cities of Dingleton and Salamander Bay.

These two vessels will be initial phase of a military exercise under the title of Operation Condor. At present, under the direct orders of the President of the Republic, these vessels will conduct espionage operations around the coast lines of the Southern Kingdom of Justosia with the intent of gathering meaningful, actionable intent against the Kingdom that will further secure the safety of the region in the event of a hostile move by the Kingdom.

Surely, I need not explain the aggressive, hostile nature of the Justosian Government as the item that prompted this military action. I do, however, need to stress the agreement between the Aurarian Republic and the Natali Federation to operate under terms of absolute discretion. It is of imperative concern to the Ministry of Defense that these operations remain of the highest level of classification as to not provoke any response from any Himyari, or other, power nor to compromise the Aurarian-Pelasgian Treaty currently under negotiation.

The Ministry intends to disclose a full list of those individuals privy to the Operation to both of your offices as well as monitor all forms of communication. At this time, we do not suspect ill will from the Natalians nor do we suspect that the Natalians wills hare with any of the Engellkin Nations our actions. The Embassy in Camp Hill has been informed of the operation and is aware to monitor for any potential issues that may be compromising to the discretion of this mission.

We estimate that the BPA Toro and the BPA Silenco will arrive at their respective targets within one decadi (10 days). They will then begin intelligence operations shortly thereafter. The funding of this mission shall come directly from the Ministry of Defense’s Classified Accounts, not subject to any Right to Information Request.

Colleagues of the People’s Chamber, as Consul it is my honor and privilege to present before this institution the finalized draft of the Avgiros-Ferreiro Accord. Foreign Minister Rodrigo Ferreiro and his team had spent a dutiful amount of time in the Pelasgian Empire negotiating a treaty that will revolutionize the relationship between our two countries.

This treaty, combined with the new economic opportunities presented in our new Fiscal Plan, will offer an unprecedented opportunity for Aurarian and Pelasgian businesses to engage in new levels – opening new markets. We will have the ability to designate a variety of tax-free zones in Auraria, with a reciprocal amount in Pelasgia, to ease trade and commerce between our countries. We are committing to a plan to lower and ultimately eliminate trade barriers in their entirety which will allow our businesses to openly and freely compete and engage markets.

Importantly as well, this treaty will ensure that the Pelasgian Empire withdraws from the Trier Concord, thus working to end the organization’s grip over Gallia-Germania and help to ensure that peace can continue on the continent. The Eiffelander Government, before its unification with Retalia, has relied upon Pelasgian military strength as its backbone for claiming dominion and antagonizing the Rurikgrad Pact unnecessarily. This action is an important step forward.

This treaty revolutionizes our countries’ relationships and we are proud to submit it for final approval before this body. Thank you for your consideration.
