The Zwart Coast regional government on Saturday approved the plan, which proposes independence from Bangala. The issue is causing considerable tension across Bangala, especially in the Zwart Coast regional parliament.

After an ugly slanging match, the Christian Party deputy was expelled from the house for calling the armed Zwart separatist group to help the Dutchs.

Jan Willem Nkanga a Mvika, Duke of Nsundi says the Zwart matter has no chance of succeeding.

The Government stated that don't wat an war to resolve this matter and that the Kingdom should continue united, and will not expulse no one because of its culture.
The Royal office is in full contact with the Zwart parliament.

The Zwart Regional Parliament (popularly known as ZRP) declared who do not want independence from Bangala, saying it was committed to abandoning its movement for an independent homeland in favor of "dialogue and negotiation."

But the announcement was greeted coolly by the Bangalan government, which repeated its demand that the Zwart parliament dissolve itself. Bassakusu is mindful of the failure of such truces in the past.

Jan Willem Nkanga a Mvika, Duke of Nsundi says that the government has no certainty of such statements is that will receive the Leader of the ZRP, Derkjan van der Walle, in a few days to talk and confirm such statements.

Your Most Reverend Majesty King Maximiliaan V Nkanga of the Royal House of a Mvandu along with Her Majesty the Queen Anna of Bangala will make a diplomatic visit to the Kingdom of Portusgalia in Gallia. The King was officially invited when the message arrived in the Royal Office of Bassakusu this morning.

The King did not want to leave the country because of the diplomatic meeting with the Zwart Parliament Leader, but he left the Duke of Nsundi in charge to tend to this. Bangalan monarchs had already gone to north of Himyar, or even to Implaria, but had never gone to Gallia.

The King are waiting the Confirmation of Her Royal Highness D. Constança I of Portusgalia, and go soon after to Lisbon.

Office of the THIRD LORD
Board of Admiralty and Commerce
MERGUI, 11111
THARRAMA

TUESDAY, 25TH MARCH 1954
To the GOVERNMENT of the KINGDOM of BANGALA

TRADE RELATIONS of the CROWNED PROVINCES and BANGALA

A position has been adopted by the his Lordship, Thomas Langley-Bischop, the Second Lord of the Board of the Admiralty and Commerce, in general terms, a reasonable position on the expansion of bilateral trade, which I hope to enlarge, upon receiving a direction from the Second Lord in pursuing an arrangement to allow the Government of Bangala and the Office of the Second Lord to consider his Lordship's position.

But I may point out to the Government of Bangala that, as it is obviously aware, a situation on those new constitutional questions of the Zwarte Kust having arisen, and we not being quite certain what demand it may make upon trade, it has somewhat deranged our expected proceedings to expand upon our bilateral trade relations.

As regards the arrangement for commerce that is proposed, I am prepared to say this, without waiting at all on the internal considerations of Bangala —that, in the first place, as I implied earlier, a full and fair time ought to be, and shall be, given for the discussion of bilateral trade relations between the Government of Bangala and the Office of the Second Lord. I shall not attempt to introduce any further discussion of trade until the Second Lord has disposed of the diplomatic necessities which I hope the Government of Bangala will be disposed and competent to agree to an arrangement with.

There are several areas of importance, to which the Second Lord will refer - namely, the investment and exportation oil productions under Bangalan and Portusgalian sovereignty, the investment and exportation of minerals within Bangala, and an important measure with regard to investment and private ownership of ports and railways in Bangala and the Zwarte Kust. With regard to these three, I may state now that we do not entertain any expectation of being able to proceed with any of them under the present circumstance of dual-sovereignty over certain territories between Bangala, Portusgalia, and the Zwarte Kust, due to the stipulations of the agreements establishing them, therefore, I urge the Government of Bangala to take hold of the advice that should be presented to it by the Office of the Second Lord in due time.

Regardless of the above, I hope that the Government of Bangala will see agreement in the benefit of a delegation, representing the Office of Second Lord, arriving in Bangala to negotiate an enlargement of bilateral trade relations between the Crowned Provinces and Bangala.

THIRD LORD of the BOARD of ADMIRALTY and COMMERCE

His Highness and the Duke of Matamba arrived by air from Bassakusu Airport at Madongo.

Wearing a blue coat, he was greeted by Lord Luena, the The Mayor of Usambi, and the Minister of Transport, Willem Umango.
The Prince and the Duke inspected a guard of honour of 10 airline captains

Then they walked to the main airport building through the pier or "finger" that allows passengers to get to their planes under cover - the first such structure ever built at a Bangalan airport.

A Bomb has exploded inside the Palace of Bassakusu.
The Duke of Nsundi was in the Palace when the device exploded but was not hurt in the blast.

One of his staff was slightly burnt in the attack.

Four more bombs were sent to the Parliament of Mbamba and the Economy Building but were intercepted before they got through.

Bombs from a group called "For the Animals (Voor de Dieren)" were in the Palace package but other groups promoting animal welfare have said they have never heard of this organisation.

Eleven people have been killed and seventeen injured in a blaze on the Bassakusu-to-Ngazi train.
The Reports suggest that the fire was started by a discarded cigarette in a second-class compartment.

An attendant pulled the emergency cord and the train stopped, half a mile from its next scheduled halt at Kangonde, Kassai-Wandu.

It is the worst accident on Bangala's railways since November 1937, when 54 people died in a derailment at Dinga, south Matamba.

Today, thousands of workers began building the Himyari Titan, an enormous iron bridge linking Bangala and Elefanta (Portusgalia).
Twenty-one ships arrived today in Elefanta carrying tons of iron bars.

The bridge was a proposal from the King of Bangala to the Queen of Portusgalia who received with joy and after a meeting behind closed doors in Lisbon, accepted this challenge.
The bridge should be completed by the end of the year.

The Cross Bank has closed down over allegations of fraud.
The bank's 120,000 customers were stunned by the speed of the closure.

Over the weekend liquidators from accountants Kingrej vin Kronn will be entering all 25 branches to carry out detailed examinations of their finances.

Bassakusu is at the centre of a global operation to investigate the activities of the Bank, which is one of the biggest privately owned financial companies in Bangala.

11 Mai 1954

The members of the Ministry of Finance of Saaremaa have turned their eyes towards the blight of the Bangalan people and their suffering provoked by the infinite greed of the chairpersons of the Cross Bank. It is clear that for the capitalists that run this bank, the wealth they got isn't enough and even if such that bank that holds near monopoly is a country can make them rich, they still won't stop and will start doing shady businesses. While we congratulate the Bangalan authorities for their actions uncovering this fraud we still see that the people of Bangala is suffering the most from the whole scandal.

The Keskpank Saaremaa and the Ministry of Finance, with the support of the Government of the National Revolutionary State of Saaremaa has decided to help the people of Bangala to stop this financial catastrophe. We would like to have the Keskpank take over the assets of the Cross Bank in Bangala. We are ready to and willing to buy them so that we can form a bridge between Bangala and Saaremaa that can also help the people of Bangala, rather than the simple rhetoric that a "Friendship treaty" is. We sincerely hope that this call for friendship is not only unilateral, but will really prove to be a turning point into the Bangalan-Saaremaa relations. Even if the buying of the Cross Bank by the Keskpank would be declined, we would still be ready to help the government in Bangala with an investment fund of 1,000,000 Kroons, whilst Saaremaa would also become an important trading partner of the Himyari state.

Signed,
Minister of Finances,
Andrus Ilves

A group called Friends of the Saaremaa Democracy reported a scheme of the Saaremaan Government called "19th of July Protocols" against the Kingdom of Bangala and if it is to succeed, it will end in the country being Annexed to the NRS of Saaremaa and Also Saaremaa's first colony in Himyar. The plan is based in making the Kingdom of Bangala dependent on the state of Saaremaa.
The Bangalan Government responded to this with the closure of businesses between Bangala and Saaremaa. The Governmnet of Bangala will refund in double the investments that Saaremaa have made in our country and the Cross bank will be closed.

In response the Government of Saaremaa said "This is a file created by forged anti-que Saaremaa groups are ready to do anything to destroy the National Revolutionary State"

The Government of the Kingdom of Bangala has send the Protector of Justice and the Protector of Laws to to take part in the trial of the old generals of Saaremaa.

Present at the session of the Grand National Assembly was also the ambassador of the Kingdom of Bangala, whom Riina Lepp called over to the presidium and formally apologized for the imperialist actions of the militarist clique against the Himyari kingdom.

Chancellor Anna Sepp extended the invitation to the High Kingdom of Ivernia, as the same clique destroyed the relations between the once allied countries.

"We are living a historic moment, in which finally the people of Saaremaa is ready to take their future into their own hands, without surrendering it to fascist cliques that are ready to destroy everything in their campaign to aggrandize themselves," Riina Lepp closed he speech as the applauds coming from the members of the assembly were filling the hall.

The King of Bangala has returned safely from his three-months visit in Portusgalia to a rapturous welcome in Bassakusu.

A huge blue-and-white banner was hung from Mvundi Bridge bearing the words, "Welcome Home".
The twin arms of the bridge opened to their fullest extent to let the Royal through, as well as its escort, and countless small boats full of well-wishers sailing in for a closer look.
