Lianozov, the state owned oil and natural gas conglomerate would like to enter into negotiations for the prospects of hopefully reaching an agreement for the construction of a pipeline system thru various portions of The Commonwealth to further integrate greater economic cooperation and ease of business with various partners in other regions of Gallo-Germania. It is in the hopes of partnership that such a negotiation is fruitful for all parties and results in the strengthening of the economic soundness of all of those involved.

Dear Minister Von Wanden,

Eiffelland and the Commonwealth of Aristocratic Republics have a long history as neighbourcountries. Given the current state of our continent resulting from the collapse of Pannonia, I would like to discuss the relations between our respective countries with you. I think that especially in the current times it is needed that we coordinate our foreign policies. Furthermore, I would like to investigate whether it is possible that we start a cultural exchange program between our respective nations, as well as mutual recognition of diplomas and student exchange programs. We would also like to look for possible economic cooperations. Maybe the CFNR could be coupled to our natural gas and crude oil network as well.
