To whom it may concern,
It is the opinion of the Republic of Barbossa that the overtures being made by the Commonwealth of Cantigny, specifically the ones by Chancellor Inchester, are ones made by a wolf in sheep's clothing and that they are nothing more than an attempt by Vesper and and their masters in Dulwich to gain sovereignty over the islands of the Implarian and beyond, including those of independent island nations such as Butuan and Barbossa in addition to the overseas seas holding of non-Implarian nations. This is not a grand attempt at Implarian Brotherhood, this is a scheme designed for Pan Oceania domination and create a new Engellex Empire.
Therefore, it would be in the best interest of both our nations for representative of our governments to meet to discuss and to plan a stategy to counter this new threat to our sovereignty.
