Canciller Albares of Justosia claims that Justosia, with its recognition of same sex civil unions, gives the LGBTQ+ community "virtually every same right" as couples who can marry.

But that's not really true, is it? Legally, what was described is "separate but equal," yet it really isn't is it? There's still a stigma, a red letter branded on same sex couples.
