The problem is that this new Catholic Church of the Nords see the Pope as their leader, but do not follow his traditions. The town of Avila has been liberated by the 3rd Division and the David Constantino Brigade, as they have completely smashed through the Alfonsist remaining defenses in the city centre. The Republican militias and the Territorial Defence Units have been in the offensive in Ranero too, with the neighbourhood of Pajarillos being liberated, only with downtown remaining under the hands of the Alfonsists. I have received an apology from the treasonous Field Marshal of Jydsken, Rolf Nikolajsen and have accepted it. Upon the advice of Prime Minister Bolt, I promise to pardon him for his crimes against the Crown. This dark chapter of Jydsk history comes to a close and I am pleased that upon the lifting of the Federation's air-blockade, Jydsk families will be reunited. I thank the Tarusan Emperor for the pressure he has exerted upon this crisis, as I am sure all Jydsk-Austwegians do. Likewise, I thank the Cantignians for their perseverance in the peace process and the Federation for their ability to prevent the military from blowing itself to bits. Being Queen of these great lands has taught me many things in these short months and I am grateful for Prime Minister Bolt's patience. May this scenario serve as a lesson to all the great powers in patience as well.​

The Hansatag is apparently in agreement on one thing, expansion of the Hanseatic Republics is possible, but how so is not yet understood. First Bürgermeister and President Katharina Günther is proposing a test phase where associate status can first be achieved which will begin to work on economic integration, and military joint military training operations. This comes with some mixed emotions as many of the Republics are very skeptical on if a monarchy should be allowed into the system, but associate status may suffice for now and possibly the long term. #NZ #Norddeutsche #HanseaticJournalism​
