I am contacting your government on behalf of the Revolutionary Republic to communicate to your leaders that while they are not at liberty to declare it publicly, the peoples government fully supports Sylvania in its efforts to liberate the Faroes from Mezhist control. Whatever the ideological differences between our states I hope your government can agree that Mezhists represent an existential threat to us both. Consequently there is unanimity within the Revolutionary Republic that the only acceptable outcome of this struggle is the complete victory of Sylvania and the swift expulsion of the Mezhists from Occidentia.

Should you succeed in expelling the Mezhists, it is the position of the KNRR that Sylvania should bring the islands under its protection permanently. Mezhists revanchism is without limit and our experts have concluded this is the best way to guarantee that the Mezhists will not attempt to retake the islands at some point in the future. If your government does this the KNRR will provide its full diplomatic recognition, and we will communicate to our Revolutionary fellow travelers that it is in their mutual interest to do the same.

I would also like to extend to you, as head of the Revolutionary Republics intelligence, an offer of cooperation between our states intelligence agencies. As I have mentioned while our states have many differences, when it comes to the Sarmatians we are of one minds. Should you be interested in pursuing this I have prepared a special offering that I believe will demonstrate our good faith.

It is with great surprise that I right this communication back to you, yet despite this we welcome your support in our plan to liberate the Faroes. The Mezhist Union and nations who support them, such as the Fennian Union are a threat to all with their dreams of empire and military rule. We cannot and will not accept the injection of Mezhism and Mezhist rule into any part of Occidentia and it is our intention to make sure they never have a foothold within the New World. Indeed, while our two nations do not have much in common ideologically, I personally believe that our people have one thing in common, a desire for peace. We will do everything in our power, militarily, politically and diplomatically to stop the Mezhists or even the Danes from ever taking hold of the Faroes ever again and we will welcome whatever influence the KNRR can exert over the communist sphere. I see a possibility for our two nations to reconcile our differences in the future and this is the very first step, we are very interested in creating a way for cooperation here and would very much like to see what it is the KNRR's intelligence apparatus has to offer us.
